Customer Care

CUSTOMER CARE

Ute

At Landpower we take customer care seriously. We know that farmers and contractors need their machinery to be reliable and, if there is a breakdown, for it to be fixed with the minimum of downtime.

Our nationwide warranty, service, and parts systems are designed to deliver customer care that is second to none.

Warranty System

All new machinery from Landpower comes with a warranty for parts and service. The coverage and conditions of warranties is fully explained at the time of purchase.

Service Support (24 hours, seven days a week)

Landpower service people are highly trained in the brands of equipment we sell, in hydraulics, electronics, and the computer technology associated with many modern farm machines.

Provincial service staff are supported by national training programmes, product specialists, and a sophisticated company database of technical issues and resolutions.

Our service staff can be often found working around the clock, in the field, to keep our farmers and contractors operating at full capacity.

Parts Support (24 hours, seven days a week)

Landpower carries over 15,000 individual line items across its Australia and New Zealand parts distribution centres. Landpower Centres and dealers connected to the parts database can check prices & availability, and places orders, in real time.

The parts department is electronically linked with courier companies so that parts can be dispatched promptly and tracked via a bar code.

In most cases parts can be transferred anywhere in the country within 24 hours. In urgent cases a part can often be delivered to a machine on the same day it is ordered.

Landpower also runs a 24 hour parts hotline service during the grass season.
